Disclosure

Before price: CULL FORGE is a service of OpenCode Studio (the studio owner). Fixed one-time fees: $19 CULL 750, $29 CULL 1500, $39 CULL 3000. All USD, no subscription, no hidden fees. Word CULL is the product mechanic: you CULL, we write the sidecar.

Who we are

Brand: CULL FORGE. Operator and author: OpenCode Studio. No fake freelancer identity is used. This is not a cloud service, an AI judge, or a subscription.

What you pay

$19 covers up to 750 photos in one run, $29 up to 1500, $39 up to 3000. Each tier is the same engine — contact sheet + instant XMP sidecars + --export keepers with structure preserved. If you need more than 3000 in a single shoot, we quote a second run at the same fixed rate before any work starts.

Proof labeling

This site reuses products/photo-cull-bundle verbatim — 21/21 round-trip PASS (scripts/killtest_roundtrip.py + ROUNDTRIP-RESULT.md 21 checks: sidecar round-trips, RAW sibling, byte-identical keepers via SHA-256). Those receipts are the proof, not client testimonials. No testimonial is shown. The product has no AI auto-reject by design.

Boundaries (customer owns data)

We only handle folders you own and have the right to process. Your files never leave your PC when you use the underlying tool (photocull.py — runs fully offline, 127.0.0.1 only, no DNS, no upload code). We never move or edit originals; we write .xmp sidecars and copy keepers to <shoot>_keepers. If a foreign sidecar already exists, we back it up once as .xmp.photocull-backup before writing ours.

What we don't do

No silent AI picks, no cloud upload, no monthly charge, no editing of source pixels. JPEG/PNG culling today; seeing inside RAW files (.CR2/.NEF/.ARW) is phase-2 — RAW+JPEG pairs already get paired .CR2.xmp sidecars automatically (proven in the 21/21 run).
